Service description

FluxHarbor Institute provides instructor-led and blended training experiences focused on data center operations, safety discipline, and documentation habits for teams based in the Republic of Korea and visiting cohorts. Programs are described on this website with accurate durations, delivery formats, and prerequisites. Optional materials may change between cohorts when instructors refresh examples, but core learning objectives remain stable for each published syllabus. Community spaces referenced on the site are moderated learning environments, not unbounded public forums. We may archive threads that contain sensitive operational detail or personal data that participants should not share in writing.

User obligations

You agree to provide accurate contact information when requesting information or joining waitlists. You will not misrepresent affiliation with an employer or impersonate another person when communicating with FluxHarbor staff or moderators. You will not upload malware, scrape the site in a way that degrades service for others, or attempt to access administrative interfaces without authorization. Participants attending onsite portions must follow facility safety instructions from hosts and instructors, including personal protective equipment rules when touring partner locations.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Disputes arising from these terms or from participation in FluxHarbor programs will be submitted to the competent courts located in Seoul, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise. If a translated copy of these terms exists for convenience, the Korean-language version prevails where discrepancies affect interpretation of rights or obligations.

Acceptance

By browsing this website, submitting forms, or registering for programs, you acknowledge that you have read this User Agreement and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not submit personal information through our forms.

Liability

Training content is provided for professional development. FluxHarbor does not warrant that participation will meet every employer-specific certification requirement or external reviewer outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, FluxHarbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs, except where such limitation is prohibited. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a single cohort registration will not exceed the tuition amount actually paid to FluxHarbor for that cohort, except in cases involving death or personal injury caused by proven negligence. Course materials, templates, and facilitation notes remain FluxHarbor intellectual property unless a separate license grants otherwise. You may not resell decks or redistribute recordings without written permission. Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with written notice and a fifteen-business-day cure period when cure is feasible. Upon termination, access to community tools may be revoked while refund treatment follows the Refund Policy.
